Our sandwiches were made by a lady, I think her name was Intrina or something like that. She was super friendly, always with a smile on her face, and served us and all the other guests quickly and professionally. We had a small sandwich with spicy pork belly and a large one with ham hock. Both were delicious, with plenty of juice and a crust. It's a shame that you're already more than full after one; I would have liked to eat more.

Pedí el de panceta y la verdad q el hecho de estar a baja temperatura es caballo ganador, sumado a un pan de calidad. Es verdad q para mí gusto le falta un poco de fuerza en el sabor, demasiado sabor a grasa, quizás un poco de vinagre ayudaría, pero son gustos personales. El servicio estupendo, aunque si es verdad q el precio es un poco elevado (6€) imagino q se paga la zona turística en la q se ha convertido el Mercado.Traducción
It was late for breakfast, so I decided to try one of these seemingly substantial sandwiches. I ordered the bacon one, and the fact that it's cooked at a low temperature is a real winner, combined with the quality bread. It's true that for my taste, it lacks a bit of punch, too much of a greasy taste. Perhaps a little vinegar would help, but that's a personal preference. The service was excellent, although it's true that the price is a bit high (€6), which I imagine is a factor in the touristy area the market has become.
